It was nice enough, and everything arrived just fine, so no real complaints there. I just felt like the price was a bit high, for what I actually got. Not bad at all, just not the best value, in my opinion. I’d probably consider buying again, if it was on sale.

I ordered the wrong size and had to swap it, and the exchange was painless. The return instructions were clear enough, and the replacement showed up quicker than I expected. I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone, which was a relief. I’d probably order again, though I’m still a little unsure how well the item will hold up over time.

I didn’t think it would show up that quick, but it did, it did. Got my order in just two days, so yeah, impressed with the shipping.

I got my normal size, but on me the sizing was just not right at all. In some places it was way too tight, and then other spots were kind of loose, which looked weird. The material was okay, not terrible, but wearing it out I couldn’t really do. Maybe going up a size would help, but I was expecting it to fit a lot better.

i mean, the material feels really nice and overall it seems well made, but the stitching could definitely be a little better. Still good, just not perfect

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to Lady Jayne to see what was going on. I’m particular about getting clear updates when something doesn’t go as expected, and they did reply fairly quickly and were polite, which helped take some of the stress out of it.

It did take a little back and forth before everything was fully sorted, so for me it’s 4 stars rather than 5. Still, the customer service was good overall, and I appreciated that they actually helped get the issue resolved
